The healthy way to exercise

Hey all. There are often times when sources can be misleading about how to exercise. Most people seem to think that first it is important to stretch, then work out. Unfortunately doint so can be hard on the muscle tissue and may cause pain or even injuries. The propper way to exercise, as I have researched and learned about in the health class I finished on Wednesday, is to do the following. First, warm muscles up for approximately five minutes by either jumping, running, or some other form of exercise. After performing the stretch routine, it is time to do the actual work out. After the work out, it is importatn to cool down for approximately five minutes as well by either stretching, walking, or osme other form of light exercise. This helps eases the heart rate back to its resting pulse. I personally found it interesting to realize that I was doing it completely incorrectly prior to receiving this knowledge.

Yes I heard about that actually. Probably this is also the most popular exercise.
